1. About this service

NHS Digital Awards Digest (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a service operated by Technical ADR Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 09395301), and provides subscribers with access to curated information about NHS digital and IT contract awards. The service aggregates and presents data sourced from publicly available procurement notices and award publications.

2. Nature of the data

All information made available through this service is derived from third-party public sources. While we take reasonable care in curating and presenting the data, we do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate, up to date, or free from errors.

The data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial, financial, or procurement decisions.

The service currently covers NHS contract awards published from 1 January 2023 onward.

3. Access and subscriptions

Access to NHS Digital Awards Digest is provided on a paid subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions are linked to the email address used at checkout.
  • Access remains active for the duration of the paid billing period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via the customer portal.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Access will remain available until that time.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

5. Availability of the service

We aim to provide continuous access to the service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to scrape, resell, or redistribute the data or service
  • Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Intellectual property

The presentation, structure, and curation of the service are owned by NHS Digital Awards Digest. Underlying procurement data remains the property of its original publishers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
